Retail Business Consultant - Senior

Retail Business Consultant First Stop contributes to the execution of Bridgestone First Stop strategy: deliver sales, units, and profitability targets within the assigned area through growing business with existing customers First Stop Partners and acquiring new partners into the network.

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with First Stop Partners in the implementation of modern solutions in the field of workshop management (vulcanization / fast-fit), work organization, customer experience, product display
• Acquiring new partners for the network
• Implementation of central initiatives and strategy
• Conducting trainings for Network Partners
• Implementation of fleet solutions
• Responsibility for the increase in sales and profitability of First Stop Partners
• Developing sales of products according to the First Stop Strategy
• Coordinating activities with a Sales Consultant from the Passenger Commercial Tires Department (acquiring new Partners, implementing the tire sales budget)
• Collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure the highest level of Customer Experience

Requirements

• min 3 years experience in the automotive industry
• previous experience in a sales/customer-facing role
• engineering background
• English Skills min B2 level
• excellent communication skills
• Can-do and positive attitude
• Ability to travel across the country
