Job purpose

The technical consultants team Benelux is responsible for the technical activities in the respective markets and ensures that the product quality is properly monitored and reported through product testing, technical warranty claim handling and performance reporting. Additionally, the team is responsible for the proper training of internals and customers concerning the performance of our products and also ensures the proper execution of our Bridgestone Fleet (service) contracts. Within this role, you will be responsible for the follow-up of your assigned fleet customers in the Benelux region with a focus on Flanders. You will also support the operational part of the digital transformation our company is going through in cooperation with Webfleet, with a Benelux scope.

 

Main responsibilities / Key result areas :

  1. Ensure proper execution of Service Level Agreements by our dealers for our contractual fleet business
  2. Coordinate the implementation and support of the rollout of digital tools in fleet contracts such as TPMS and RFID as well as all our digital platforms to streamline our contractual business
  3. Perform product trainings for internal and external people on the different products and solutions Bridgestone is offering to fleets
  4. Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales, back-office, HQ)

Required capabilities

  • Strong technical insight with good commercial understanding
  • Ability to prioritize, good planning and organization
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping strong communication with colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset

 

Experience

  • Bachelor level in a relevant Technical field (e.g. Automotive Engineering, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hands-on technical role within tire business, the automotive sector, transport industry or related technical field
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, basic French
