Job purpose:
Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (BMS) is the newly created business unit focused on delivering solutions to our customers beyond tyres. Within BMS, we create and deploy market leading integrated fleet management, tyre management and data solutions to different customer segments such as OEM’s, fleets, and individual vehicle owners. Thanks to the ability to offer a wide range of modular solutions in an integrated way, we can drive incremental value for our customers.
Within BMS, the Customer Success unit is responsible for account management, solutions bundling, trade marketing, operational excellence and customer care targeting B2C and B2B fleets under the umbrella of Fleetcare. To further support the successful growth of Fleetcare, we are looking to reinforce the Solution Implementation and Customer Operations team.
The successful execution of the Fleetcare strategy requires a lean, digital, and frictionless operating model that brings together different products, services, and teams to deliver an integrated solution to our fleets. The main mission of this new job role is to support the team in defining, implementing, and continuously improving the business processes and operational flows to ensure a maximum level of customer success.
Main responsibilities
- Develop the required business procedures and in-depth trainings related to operational processes and service standards throughout the organization
- Establish a support matrix with contact points for all business operations matters
- Coordinate and oversee the operational implementation of Integrated Fleetcare contracts with regional counterparts. Set up an Operations review platform to share best practices, guide the regions in their day-to-day operations, reduce operational business complexities
- Coordinate upstream the operational follow-up and troubleshooting with different stakeholders of all entities
- Further improve the SAP structure to capture new business needs & formulate business requirements related to new SAP developments (Ryoga)
- Analyze and review existing business flows, gaps and new requirements for more efficiency, automation and integration related to operational systems and processes from all different entities: Bridgestone core business, Webfleet, 3rd party service providers
- Coordinate and solve operational requests from Emerging Markets (MIA region)
- Gather and consolidate, in collaboration with the Supply Chain team, the forecast of different hardware components used in our integrated solutions and support the transition towards a single warehouse
- Ensure compliance from legal, tax and accounting perspective for the Go to Market of all new Bridgestone Mobility Solutions bundles.
Profile
- You benefit from a Business education (master level) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
- You show initiative, determination, flexibility and bring the necessary visibility to your management on your proposals, status of your activities or required escalation of critical issues
- You possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate ownership to break complex operational issues into smaller parts, leading to concrete action plans
- You excel in effective project management and organizational skills
- You have excellent hands-on, problem-solving skills
- You can manage multiple tasks, have eye for details, prioritize ad hoc requests whilst keeping focus on overall picture
- You have a structured and systematic way of working and follow up on improvements.

- You have affinity with Finance, SAP and IT processes
- You are highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Other languages are a strong asset
- SAP ERP experience is an asset
