Lead Replacement Sales Off The Road

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Replacement Sales Lead Off The Road (OTR) tires reporting directly to the Head of OTR. This is a /EMIA role, based in Zaventem.
As a member of the Off-the-Road tyres & solution Sales dept, you will take ownership of Replacement sales activities within the Mining, Construction & Material Handling industries. You will work closely with the Regional Sales managers to identify & satisfy sales opportunities.
Analyse & prepare Sales Budget plans for the Replacement OTR segment and co-ordinating with the Original Equipment Sales Leader is part of your job.
Alongside the indirect sales responsibility via the our regional offices, there will also be some Direct Pan-EU business that will require face-to-face contact with customers hence Sales & Negotiation experience would be beneficial. Flexibility regrading business travel is necessary to enable close contact with internal & external customers and is a key part of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Enabling >OB level Sales achievement (Volume & Net Sales basis)
- Planning & forecasting future Sales potential including negotiation of production capacity
- Ensure inventory levels remain appropriate to market conditions
- With Support of an analyst, identify additional opportunities using all available intelligence
- Work with Product Planning /Field Engineering team to identify & launch new products including preparation guidance for brochures/ Web.
- Correct price setting across regions
- Reporting & presenting to include results & forecasts.
- The function is identified to have one direct reporting Support Analyst
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate level is preferably in business related subjects
- Languages skills: English, plus minimum one other European Language. Additional language skills are a plus
- Open to travel
- Experience:
- OTR tires are one of the more niche segments of the industry hence relevant machinery knowledge will be either brought to, or expected to be developed on the job
- Related Sales experience in either tire, automotive or construction machinery segments would be welcomed.
- The successful candidate will be expected to operate with business agility, rapidly adapting to market changes, as well as retaining the precision view necessary for a relatively low volume Sales segment.
- Basic managerial / coaching skills are required.
