LSCM COE Business Integration Lead

Business-IT Bridging:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring effective communication and understanding between the two domains.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language, and vice versa.
  • Steer IT efforts and focus on high-impact areas.


Architecture Support:

  • Collaborate closely with Business leaders and  IT architects to understand, influence, and support architectural decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing technical solutions to meet business requirements.


Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans by providing a comprehensive understanding of both business and technology landscapes.
  • Work closely with leadership to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Mitigate risks associated with misalignment between business objectives and technical implementations.


Solution design:

  • Review and sign off of the solution design documentation together with Business and IT
  • Support Business in User Stories creation
  • Support the creation of OMP Data Model



  • Mastery of the OMP technical solution with the ability to:
    • Lead requirement gathering, being able to challenge, provide suggestions and determine fit/gap of requirements
    • Understand and translate business requirements into technical solution design
    • Lead/build design of OMP solution tailored to clients requirements ensuring E2E alignment with business requirements
    • Provide perspective on functionality design based on knowledge of system ability/limitations
    • Demonstrate deep understanding of data integration across all modules
    • Provide insight on best configurations for optimal system performances
    • Test functionality and resolve defects
    • Proactively suggest alternative solutions to reduce manual workload
  • Experience in mathematical optimization (solver)
  • IT PM skills: being able to build implementation plan and resource calculation highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Nice to have: OMP configuration ability
  • Nice to have: SAP knowledge



  • Must have: work in OMP: 5 years out of which 3 years of successful implementations
