Job Purpose

We are looking for a  P2P Planner reporting directly to the LSCM Planning Manager. This is a Local, based in Zaventem.


The main goal of the P2P Planner employee is to act as a single point of contact for Bridgestone supply chain with key wholesalers.

Key objective is to provide customer satisfaction while optimizing Bridgestone supply flow, by handling at best their order portfolio and driving delivery planning from manufacturing sources.

P2P Planners represents an important contact point for our key wholesalers within our supply chain processes.

Major tasks of P2P planners are to register and maintain contract and orders book, schedule deliveries with distributor and arrange delivery planning with manufacturing sources.

P2P Planner and planning department employee’s work together as a professional team to optimize service level and supply chain cost.

As single point of contact with distributor supply chain, P2P Planners work is 70% administration with a major supply/delivery planning accent (30%).

End-to-end process:

From order taking to manual Pricing including claims, logistic tasks :

  • Carry out daily tasks in line with the standardized processes and procedures, ensuring adhered to at all times.
  • The position holder is responsible for the timely and efficient processing of all Sales Orders/contract for his distributors.
  • Conduct regular review of order book and delivery planning with wholesalers.
  • Ensure optimal delivery scheduling as per wholesaler needs and Bridgestone supply constraints.
  • Ensure follow up of delivery until good reception from wholesalers.


  • Review order receive from wholesalers.
  • Input contracts in SAP.
  • Deploy available stock at manufacturing sources as per registered contracts.
  • Ensure regular update/cleansing of the wholesaler order book.


  • Conduct regular alignment meetings with wholesaler and sales representative to inform them about products, delivery lead time and status of the order book.
  • Keep track of volume delivered to wholesaler for landing point control purposes.
  • Manage order portfolio :
    • Keep customers informed on availability and deliveries delays.
    • Propose substitution in case of shortage.
    • Highlight issue and share them with the different stakeholders in the organization.


  • Schedule with wholesaler monthly reception slots at their warehouse facility.
  • Select products to be shipped per reception slots in order to optimize truck file rate and mitigate risk of blocking available stock from source.
  • Follow up outbound deliveries from manufacturing sources and inform wholesaler of truck arrival date and content.

Working Experience :

  • >1Y Experience in order management for delivery of goods (not services) in an international context with some level of complexity (multi warehouse, multi source)
  • >1Y Experience in dealing with customers (B2B) & their order management + negotiation/alignment.
  • Good understanding of logistics flows

Technical Skills :

  • Good knowledge SAP
  • Good knowledge Excel: Pivot tables, vlookups, combining different excel files, clean/reformat

Languages :

  • Excellent level of English or Dutch (preferred)  & French
