Job Purpose:

 

We are looking for an IT Integration Specialist, reporting directly to the Digital Capability Lead. This is an EMIA role, based in Zaventem.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Perform a variety of interface tasks including design, develop, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting, primarily using SAP CPI, SAP PI, Java, etc.

• Proactively identify and act on opportunities for integration process improvements.

• Adapt projects and daily work to different platforms, products and to changes to organization-driven requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with various departments, teams, and staff across the organization to design, configure and implement application integrations with minimal impact to the end-user’s processes.

• Provide assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.

• You assist the SAP EDI functional to design solutions according to new needs.

• You maintain the technical and project documentation.

• You do the first tests and make sure that the programs are up and running.

• You participate actively to the acceptance test and the project go-live.

 

Required capabilities:

 

 

Experience:

 

• BS/MS degree in IT or related field.

• Strong experience in designing and development of Integration Solutions – preferably SAP CPI / PI

• Must be familiar with API and Microservices and other Open source integration related technologies

• Strong experience on APIs Design and Development (RAML, REST, SOAP)

•Experience with HL7, XML, JSON, EDI, CSV and other prevalent data exchange formats.

• Development experience in SAP Hybris integrations a plus.

• Experience with repository management tools like Github, Bitbucket, PVCS or similar.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Must have experience with distributed development teams.

• Fluent English is a must, knowledge of any other languages is an asset
