The scope of the position is to optimize the division’s marketing performance by looking at the systems and tools allowing smooth operational campaign management, and design and implement the technical marketing landscape within the Tyre Solutions business unit which will allow that our marketing campaigns and initiatives achieve their goals. Digital Tools Manager EMIA (CRM & Marketing Technology) ensures the most optimal customer journey on Solution websites, structured marketing data collection via Solutions’ websites and tools and through Retail partners’ activities in order to generate actionable insights for the business leaders.

The overall responsibility of the job holder of the position of the Digital Tools Manager EMIA (CRM & Marketing Technology) within Tyre Solutions:

  • Manage the digital marketing tools selection and set up (CRM, Google Analytics, Data Studio, chatbot, etc). Lead structured marketing data collection and analysis.
  • Manage the SEO performance of Tyre Solutions’ websites, both from technical CMS and content point of view. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. digital agencies, IT and Content marketing colleagues) on correct implementation.
  • Guide accurate implementation of GDPR processes within Tyre Solutions digital projects. Work closely with IT, Legal, Data Protection Officer to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Provide marketing requests, input and support towards UX/UI expert, analyze critical UX/UI requirements for digital marketing projects and support testing and implementation
  • Contribute to  the CRM (Salesforce) integration from marketing point of view, as a member of a cross-functional working team
  • Gain a thorough understanding of CRM system (current and future – Salesforce), and the data it contains, oversee the transfer of data between CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Design, implement and review automated processes and data flows between marketing applications (Salesforce etc)
  • Manage and develop Digital Tools Professional (1 FTE)
