In Bridgestone Mobility Solutions Business Unit (BMS BU), we help our customers to gain new insights based on technology, become more data-driven and take advantage of new opportunities arising from a connected and fast-changing world.

In Tyre Solutions Line of Business (LoB), we start from a tyre centric approach but we go beyond tire, by creating the link between our current Core Business (Tyre & Rubber) and more advanced Mobility Solutions such as Webfleet Solutions (WFS).

This we achieve by adding technology (developed by WFS, by Bridgestone Digital-Lab or other external partnerships) which allows us to propose more data-driven decisions and increase our Value Propositions for our Customers, for our Retail organization and for selected Business Partners.

We target Private Customers, Fleets, OEMs.

We Incubate, Co-develop, Deploy Data-Driven Subscription-based Solutions.
Our ultimate goal is to deliver new sustainable and profitable Business Streams contributing to transform Bridgestone to become the most trusted partner in mobility solutions.

 

The scope of the position is to support the digital marketing team with analysis and mapping of digital media needs for all Lines of Business of Tyre Solutions, developing new campaigns & supervising the paid media campaigns executed through Retail partners or local Bridgestone teams.

 

The overall responsibility of the job holder of the position of Digital Media Professional, Tyre Solutions:

  • Support with paid media strategy creation for all Solutions within Tyre Solutions, for online & offline channels.
  • Timely execution of paid media campaigns (execution in-house or coordination through specialized agencies)
  • Support with creating social media strategy for Solutions
  • Assist with new social media channels creation and daily maintenance
  • Support with Content Management System for Solutions

 

Key responsibilities

 

Provide expertise and support for the following projects:

Social media channels management

  • Support with creating social media strategy for Solutions
  • Activate the approved social media channels, as per defined strategy.
  • Create Solution pages, upload provided content, set up contact details.
  • Regularly update social media channels with provided content.
  • Ensure timely follow up on comments/questions/reviews on social media channels, incl collecting the right answers from the relevant team members.

 

Overall paid media campaigns execution

  • Execute paid media campaigns on owned channels, in line with media plan.
  • Support efficient execution of paid media campaigns via Retail partners and local Bridgestone teams.
  • Provide campaigns’ reports and actionable insights.

 

Paid search campaigns

  • Assist with setting up Google Ads accounts for Solutions in each market, based on media plan.
  • Support with creating ads, extensions, keywords, targeting, daily budgets.
  • Follow up and optimize campaigns on a regular basis.

 

Paid social campaigns execution

  • Assist with executing paid social campaigns on Solutions’ owned channels.
  • Support with publishing approved ads, setting up targeting & retargeting.

 

Paid media support towards Retail partners.

  • Provide daily support to Retail partners by delivering preapproved content & UTM tags for Retail partners’ campaigns.
  • Support with tracking campaign performance

 

CMS

  • Assist with Solutions CMS websites optimizations.
  • Build new section blocks & publish new approved content.

 

Newsletters

Assist with technical execution of Solution newsletters (Mailchimp etc).

 

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • University degree in marketing, economics or business 
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions oriented
  • Self-starter, Team Player, Adaptable, Creative, Analytic, With an eye for detail, Eager to learn
  • Project management skills  
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Wordpress
  • English: Excellent written and spoken English, other EU languages are an advantage

 

Desired:

  • Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Affinity with Automotive industry/cars/mobility
