For our East Region Sales operations, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. The position is based in our office in Warsaw, Poland.
Main Accountabilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products, services, or
company policies.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, making changes to existing orders, or resolving any order-related issues.
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing technical support or troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing product or service-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements or enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Keeping updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Desired skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in working on a similar position in a dynamic environment, familiarity with customer service best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong computer and technical skills to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records and information
- English language Skill B2 Level
- SAP working experience is an asset
- Czech/ Slovak, Ukrainian or Hungarian language knowledge is an asset
