The Solution Business Back Office analyst is responsible for delivering a qualitative operational and financial support towards external and internal Bridgestone Solution Business Customers. Within this function there is a big focus on systems support, training and implementation. Also analyzing current business and suggesting improvements to grow the operational profit vs budget (monitored by P&L dashboards) and help to increase market share. Key targets are Sales and Operation support, profitability, Customer and Service Partners satisfaction.
The person will be part of a broader Back-Office department, which scope is not limited to the Fleet Business only. For this reason the candidate must have the flexibility and agility to support also other activities within the back Office department upon necessity and in accordance with the Manager
Main accountabilities :
- Daily operations
- Be the 1st line contact for Service partners and customers on operational and financial matters ( ex. on Fleetbridge issues, invoicing issues); manage inquiries & problems by phone and through mail.
- Responsibility on the daily fleet contract execution
- Responsible for the operational and financial follow-up of contracts:
- Monitoring & ensuring correct execution of contract agreements
- Pricing (SAP), invoicing and job sheet processing (SAP/Fleetbridge)
- Processing consignment orders in SAP
- Ensure a correct setup of master data and pricing in SAP
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure a correct follow-up of all contracts: KAM’s, Sales Rep’s, technical auditors, Sales Admin, Finance team, Legal team, Shared Service Center (Poland), Marketing, etc.
- Setup of all elements within a contract (SAP/Fleetbridge/Service Europe/Basys/Insights)
- End of month financial closing
- To provide data and support to Controlling department
- Follow-up on monthly closing process to ensure a proper cut-off of each month's financial activities and respecting the month-end deadline according to the Finance closing calendar.
- Responsible for optimization of contracts: P&L analysis, suggesting action points for improvement of operating profit and execution excellence
- Support to commercial team
- Providing and updating templates (matrixes, IPC pricelists, contracts, presentations)
- During contract prospection phase assist sales team in calculation and validation of contract agreements, and also ensuring a harmonized approach across the different contracts
- Assist sales team in creation of new contracts and validation process making sure all elements are included and feedback is collected from all parties involved
- Systems champion : Being the champion/coordinator/trainer for new systems
- Providing technical support (installation of the devices, resolving network/connection issues, etc)
- Analyzing issues and improvement requests (on customer side) and escalating requirements to European project teams.
- Training towards partners on Bridgestone Solutions Business Systems
- Leading new customer & partner setup in all systems (related to fleet contracts)
- Solution Business Coordinator support
- Reporting (Insights) & analysis
- Ad hoc project: supporting on deployment and follow-up of special projects (Basys, API integrations, RFID, Tirematics, Webfleet)
- Customizing contracts/SLA’s and follow-up
- Coordinating purchases and Stock management for hardware devices/accessories (TPMS, Tablet, RFID readers..)
Profile Requirements
Proficient in Italian and English
Experience using Excel
System and solution minded (eager to learn new systems)
Customer service background would also be a plus
