POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a legal intern reporting directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance South region. This is a regional role based in Vimercate (MB), via Energy Park 14.

You will support the Head of Legal & Compliance South Region mainly in connection with:

drafting and reviewing several commercial agreements and other legal documents mostly used by the stakeholders;
conducting legal research and supporting relevant stakeholders as well as the DPO for all activities regarding privacy law (including organizing and rationalizing Process Register established under GDPR);
organizing compliance trainings and Code of Conduct activation initiatives.

Requirements:

Graduate in Law from a top-tier University, possibly with focus on Commercial/Digital/Data Protection La
Previous experience (including internship) in a major international law firm or company is highly valued
Familiarity with software, open source licensing, IT infrastructure or cloud computing services;
Languages: Italian: Mather thong/ fluent level | English: fluent level
High Word proficiency| Good Powerpoint knowledge
Brilliant analytical skills, precise, reliable, accuracy and attention to detail
Willing to learn, open minded and flexible
Integrity is a must
