Inside Sales Account - Maternity Leave

Goal
The role focuses on achieving sales objectives via telematic tools by promoting products, concluding orders and supporting internal sales logistics and contact centre.
To sell the Company’s products and services through pro-active telephone selling to specific customer segments. Administration of key sales systems. Coordination with Sales HUB to cross selling and to impact in bottom line collaborating with all company department.
The Inside Sales & Support account, managing all sales actions and tools, has to engage the tyre dealer, building connection and trust, in order to develop and consolidate the business order by order.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing sales strategy, go to market and achieving volumes, mix, profit goals for the assigned customer.
- Achieve assigned targets (Units, NS, GP, Mix, Price, etc) by customer and by product, following company strategy and priorities.
- Outbound prospecting calls, and any other communication method, for sales growth to sell Company’s products and services.
- Orders taking and orders entry management and consequent customer management up to delivery.
- To plan the activities to reach the sales target, scheduling in the right way the calls/contact and preparing for the main customers the effective strategy/materials to collect correct orders.
- Improvement of the Customers Data information: continuous and consistent update information in SAP or any other CRM system.
- All process should be a E2E process of order to cash. Interactive relationships with other departments.
- To keep records of customer insights and actions taken, including transactions, comments, inquiries and complaints. And the full delivery process.
- Execute price increase and sales conditions following internal policies.
- Manage commercial agreements according to Sales strategy.
- Reporting: sales achievements by KPI / Products.
- Ensure proper credit management taking into account all products and following company policies.
- Explain sell-in / sell-out campaigns, promotions / VP by products in order to maximize sales target achievement.
- Identify and segment customers in order to highlight growing prospect to be followed up by field sales account.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- IT tools knowledge: SAP, MS Office (excel, Teams), CRM tool, market intelligence tools.
Professional Experience
- Experience in Telemarketing Departments doing Active Selling through Outbound calls
- Customer service/Sales experience in Retail channel
