POSITION DESCRIPTION

Nous cherchons un Moniteur flotte (F/H) qui sera rattaché au Chef des Ventes. Le périmètre d'intervention sera l'Ile de France.

 

Missions principales

  • Effectuer les tours de parc des contrats flottes nationaux, afin d’identifier les travaux à réaliser, dans le respect des demandes des clients et de l’optimisation du rendement kilométrique des pneumatiques,
  • Faciliter leur exécution en faisant le lien entre clients sur les bases (chef d’atelier, chef de parc, responsable technique…), et les agences First Stop et Côté Route,
  • Mettre à jour l’outil de suivi du parc (Fleetcheck) quand les travaux ont été réalisés,
  • Lien avec les agences :organiser le suivi des travaux réalisés, s’assurer du respect du contrat (marque, PLN/PLR, recreusage, non-vus),
  • S’assurer auprès des agences de la facturation des AD,
  • Relais entre la direction PL, les agences et clients.

 

Profil recherché

  • De formation Bac +2 en mécanique automobile
  • Première expérience dans un secteur similaire (pneumatique)
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le monde automobile et du pneumatique
  • Permis B obligatoire

  • Vous êtes doté (e) d'un très bon relationnel et vous n'hésitez pas à aller sur le terrain auprès de nos clients
  • Vous travaillez de façon autonome.
