Responsibilities:

 

Main Tasks

  • Administrative responsibility for contracted fleets within the truck & bus solution business

  • Increase of customer satisfaction and profitability through process optimization

 

This contains the following tasks:

  • Support and supervise the contracted fleets via internal systems  (processing of jobsheets & system administration) as well as being contact person for fleets and dealers
  • Claim handling and prevention of claims, as well as managing the delay of payments (reduction of receivables, solvency, etc.)
  • Creation of credit notes and corrections of invoices
  • Responsible for the product master data and the price maintenance in SAP
  • Point of contact during the month end process in close contact with the controlling department
  • Assistance of the Service Europe-process
  • Participation in internal projects
  • Communication with the field staff, fleets, dealers and other Bridgestone entities 

 

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship and several years of professional experience or finalized academic studies 
  • High ability to work with numerical data
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)
  • Preferably experience in SAP
  • Very good command of English (written and oral) and Swedish
