BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER (F/H)
RUNGIS, France
Job purpose :
She/He will be in direct line with Brand Managers, Trade Marketing, as well as EMIA Brand Team. She/He will support Bridgestone brand. She/He will implement the main brand campaigns linked to both brands. She/He’s responsible of Bridgestone strategic product activation (PR, Digital, Media…) and works with all services & departments to guarantee high level of involvement and coordination.
Her/ his scope is West Region, covering France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.
Main missions :
1) Brand Marketing Insights
• Identify expectations, make & follow requests.
• Global Market Intelligence : collect data (local & from HQ), analyze, deliver insights and make them turn into concrete action plan
• Define needs and conduct adhoc market research to support business/mkt objectives
• Provide monthly marketing analysis on brand (brand, media,...) and on competition to support marketing action plans
• Spoc for data management/research with BSEU collecting data for west
2) PC4 Marketing Plan Management
• Strongly contribute to the elaboration of Marketing plan and its implementation
• Ensure strong implementation and follow-up of the actions, analyze the results and identifying learning KPI follow-up
• Capitalize on the different actions, using various levers : PR, Digital, Media…
• Make sure the implementation of the actions is done on time and in line within budget constraint
• Prepare Brand Review
3) Brand Equity Actions
Brand Equity 1st level coordination
• Translate and adapt guideline, key visuals and all brand content for West region
• First level Check of respect of brand content (validation material locally created)
• Brand Equity content creation
• Provide marketing content for Summer/Winter Package
• Newsletters BtoC + Brand content development for BtoB newsletters
4) Brand Activation
• Support Brand Managers to implement the brand activation platform : Olympics, in coordination with BSEMIA and with the agencies
5) Coordination
Ensure a continuous coordination with :
• Internal stakeholders : sales, trade marketing, financial, Benelux team
• BSEU brand, product and research teams
• Agencies and suppliers
Job requirements and qualifications :
• Master’s degree required
• Proven experience in marketing and industry
• Fluency in French and English required (oral and written)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
