Job Purpose

Within Manufacturing central function department, the Process Engineer is appointed to carry-out activities and projects relevant to the continuous improvement of existing processes and of plant process quality key performance indicators, in the field of tire manufacturing.


Main Accountability

- He/She will identify the weakness of current processes, elaborate proposals for their improvement, prepare implementation plans and lead the roll-out in production.

- He/She will take part to the technology breakthrough definition with the purpose to actively bring contribution to this field of activity.

- He/She will be responsible to keep updated  the relevant process documentation (BS process standards and process specifications).

- He/She will process and analyze available data in order to obtain information and input for the improvement activity definition.


Working Relationships

- All the Manufacturing central functions and R&D functions within BSEMIA Technical Center 

- All Plants within BSEMIA Manufacturing (Europe, Africa, Russia, Turkey, India).


Background of study

- University master degree in Engineering is preferred.


- Fluent English required

- Italian or other EU language is a plus.

- Office software advanced knowledge.

- DMAIC and 6 sigma certification are a plus.



Working location is Rome. For candidates already working for BSEMIA it is considered the possibility to work remotely from their original site when not in business trip to TCE or other BSEMIA sites (no mandatory relocation). In normal situation, frequent travels in our locations are expected.
