POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

She/He is part of a team focus on continuous improvement activities targeting at improvement of Plant effectiveness.

As main activity will work to enhance plants performance through data analysis and benchmarking

Will work in a matrix and complex environment where change happen at a rapid pace. Should cooperate to established strategic direction and effectively communicate the vision, sharing ideas and thinking out of the box

Ability to design and lead strategy project. Contribute to the overall strategic goals through thought leadership, collaboration and personal contributions.
Review operational metrics regularly with leadership and provide a detailed understanding of business performance for the function, as well as a detailed action plan when goals are not met.
Bring industry perspective to decision making and assesses decisions within a strong business context

 Main Accountabilities

  • Project Coordination
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement programs (OEE up)
  • Apply techniques of lean manufacturing for improve industrial processes
  • Provide technical support about plant performance in International Area
  • To collaborate with the team to develop strategic direction for business.
  • Lead cross functional teams with different functional areas within the organization (i.e. LSCM, R&D, procurement, finance, quality, HR,…)
  • Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.

Technical skills

  • University: degree in Engineering
  • Language: Fluency in English, Others nice to have
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Problem Solving capabilities
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to innovate and motivate others to change
