ROMA, IT

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Scope of internship

The Intellectual Property organization uses several information sources and communication tools.

As IT technology evolves, consolidation of sources is required, and information must be centralized in newly available IT systems (Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) to make them future-proof.

Since the IP team in TCE is part of a newly formed West-IP organization and is involved in global matters, the scope of this project has a global reach focusing on organizing information for effective sharing with IP team members worldwide.

Collaboration tools and apps (e.g. Microsoft Loop, Teams PowerApps) should be explored and tested with the team. You will make a recommendation and create best practices.

The aim is also to create a website for internal stakeholders with relevant IP information (IP organization, news, training materials, …).

Profile:

We seek someone passionate about IT with a computer science or other technical, scientific, or communication background and experience with the latest IT developments. A creative mindset and eagerness to work in an international environment are essential.
