INTERNSHIP Health & Safety Engineer

We are looking for a newly graduate in Safety Engineering to support our Team as data analyst; the candidate will work with the Central Health and Safety Team operating in various business environment (R&D, logistic, manufacturing, Retail, Sales) and geographical Regions; needs to be agile and open to cooperation with Teammates with different culture and background.
She/He will be part of a Team based in Rome with multidisciplinary skills, in a highly collaborative group in which each member brings his/her capabilities to contribute to the group scope.
She/He will support the Management System PDCA drumbeat, learning how to use the HS digital platforms and then providing support to the local entities for their daily activities.
By gathering data and analyzing them, will calculate KPI’s and prepare reports for different stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
- Support data gathering and data analysis to develop leading and lagging indicators to monitor and drive Health and Safety programs.
- Support the development of training material.
- Support the development of multimedia products to promote health and safety programs.
- Support the user with the HS digital platform data management.
Educational Background:
University Degree in Safety Engineering.

Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
