POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

 

 

We are looking for an HR Generalist – Recruitment  Internship to join the HR team, for our Technical Center Europe in Rome.

 

You’ll be involved in a wide range of HR tasks, and you will work closely with local  HR Generalist and HRBP, supporting the roll out of local initiatives. In particular you will support the HR generalist in the following activities:

 

Recruitment: Ensure the recruitment approach is consistent with the company strategy and with policy. Support in the interview planning and organization. Ensure system is update and reflect current status of recruitment process.  You will support in the hiring process of operators for our pilot plant.

 

Graduate Program

 

Support the launch of the Graduate program, following the interns recruitment process, ensure organization of the training and networking activities and collecting feedback from participants.

 

Training & Development process

  • Support HR generalist in managing the process and operational activities in SuccessFactors, in particular training upload and reporting.
  • Support with the documentation needed for reporting phase for funded education with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti

 

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement activities (also related to our employee engagement survey)
  • Support local CSR activities
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
  • Good networking and interaction with peers and other HR pillars

 

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in HR, Economics, Business Management, or related areas
  • Interest in HR domain, with a project management and problem-solving approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools in particular Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
  • Proactive detail-oriented, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines
  • Proactive & curious, with a think out of the box attitude
  • Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
