POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Admin Junior Specialist reporting directly to the Logistic Admin Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań.

You will manage incoming requests from the business and enter data into the Fleetbridge system. You will communicate with the local teams in Germany and cooperate on processing requests. You will also contact directly the local service points in Germany to resolve any issues. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full scope of sales admin processes and systems used in the Organization within the scope of responsibility
  • Entering data into the system based on requests received from the business
  • Modifying existing data of vehicle fleets in the Fleetbridge system based on updated lists sent by the business
  • Preparing reports requested by the local entity contact person
  • Providing information and explanation on auditors' requests
  • Supporting the logistics documentation team

Requirements:

  • Education, Master, other certification: University degree in Economics/Business/Linguistics or true interest in pursuing a career in business administration
  • Language skills: Communicative German and English (B2 or higher)
  • Experience (years): experience in business administration or customer service is an advantage
  • Technical Knowledge: n/a
  • Soft Skills: good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team
