What is the purpose of this job:

  • Ensures availability of material for the production in plants by preparing raw materials delivery schedules, ordering deliveries and supervise the raw materials supply process
  • Prepares, promotes and implements new tools and solutions to optimize the process of raw material planning, ordering, transportation and warehousing of raw materials

 

What will do – here are main responsibilities:

  • Order & Monitor Raw Materials
  • Planning new orders and review the requirements periodically
  • Create scheduling agreements, collect the confirmations of the deliveries
  • Monitor inbound deliveries, warehousing and ensure material availability
  • React in case of the delays in the deliveries
  • Interact with other involved departments (Production, Logistic Technical Service, Quality, Warehouse, Environment) and external cooperative companies (transport, warehousing, ports)

 

What You need to take this position – our required capabilities:

  • Graduate education, economy, management, logistics or relevant
  • Proficiency in English in writing and speaking is required, any other European language is an asset
  • Independence, “problem solving” work approach
  • The ability to work on complex projects and purchasing models in raw materials and compounds area
  • Responsibility and accuracy
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Honesty and high personal culture
  • Planning and organizing skills, short-middle-long terms
  • Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
