ITC Junior Accountant

Job Purpose

We are looking for a ITC Junior Accountant reporting directly to the ITC Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań SSC.

This is temporary contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

ITC operations:

• Posting incoming payment
• Resolving unallocated cash items
• Customer accounts reconciliation
• Preparation of various reports and their analysis
• Ensuring high quality of performed tasks
• First line contact and support to ITC related queries
• Process improvements
• Participation in internal projects
• Identify root cause of repetitive problems
• Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer, satisfaction, communication and query resolution
• Achieving individual targets

Requirements:

• Understanding of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of English, additional European language is an asset
• Minimum 1 years’ of accounting experience
• Pro-active thinking, independent worker and goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally
• Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills will be desirable
• Be a team player to achieve departmental targets
