Job Purpose

We are looking for a  B2B Services Specialist reporting directly to the B2B B2C Services Team Leader This is a Local role, based in Poznan.

Supporting local Retail Teams is the primary goals of our team.

We are committed to providing high-quality support service and exceptional product knowledge.

Our mission is to deliver consistent, timely, and professional support that meets the needs of our partners and enhance our knowledge base to support any expansion projects and connection initiatives. Our Technical Support services include troubleshooting, workaround assistance, and access to our online knowledgebase.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Customer support with the use of a Ticketing Tool (Freshdesk)
    • Incidents
    • Problems
    • Data modifications
    • Change requests
  • B2B Web portal administration – 2nd line support
  • Cooperation with the Platform provider (product fixes and updates)
  • Bug reporting and follow up
  • Support in translating business requirements into the change requests
  • Platform enhancements (scope, testing, release communication)
  • Assist with finding possible connections for Article Providers vs the Platform (order process)
  • Regular contact with Headquarter and local entities (18 countries in Europe)
  • Creating manuals, knowledge base articles and forum notes
  • Reporting
  • Assisting with team, or departmental projects and standardization initiatives
  • Identifying and implementing potential process improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced English – daily job will require fluent language skills
  • High level of customer service and very good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of the IT environment
  • Good Excel skills for reporting management
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to gathering and analyzing information
  • Experience in help desk, service desk, customer support departments
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems, purchasing platforms
  • Awareness of Agile, Kanban, OKR, KPI
