Product Manager TBR & AG

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Product Manager TBR & AG for Bridgestone SWR. This position is located in our Madrid office.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
-
Define and implement the TBR/AG product launches and line up substitution in coordination with Pricing team. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams actions and events related to it.

To manage all the Product related issues: Catalogues, etc.

To develop Hero products sales strategy and actions.
Pricing Management
-
Coordinate with Pricing team the strategy and execution of pricing actions to enable achievement of sales and financial targets.
TBR/AG Market Analyses
Coordinate with Business intelligence team in order to have visibility of:

Macro environment by brand and segment (Premium, Mid and Budget, Long haul, regional, On/Off, etc) .

Demand evolution (new and retread tires).

Competitors estimation.
-
End users by segments (large and small fleets).
Net Sales & Units & Budget & Pricing and Gross Profit
-
Establish with BSEU the volume/ OP and net sales according to Company and Market parameters.

In coordination with sales and pricing teams, establish and revise commercial conditions among channels, following price harmonization and being aligned to ELP.

Develop suitable strategies to achieve desired product mix.
-
In coordination with Finance Business Partner Commercial BU monitor financial results and suggest measurements to stay on track.
Channel Management
-
Defining proper channel mix to drive Bridgestone to reach Initial Budget/ Review Budget/ Medium term plan.

Develop loyalty programs (Bridgestone Partner).
Advertisement and Promotion Management
In coordination with Marketing & Trade Marketing team:

Develop the A&P required for the sales and product policy.

Advertisement budget Management.
-
Advertisement in Specialist Magazines.

Assistant and contact with fairs and congress.
-
Deploy products promotions.
Demand Planning
-
Coordinate with Demand planning specialist the DUMS and period updates.
TBR/AG Sales support, strategy communication, and period updates
-
To supply and support the TBR/AG sales representative with sales and marketing tools and to promote their end user sales activity.

Provide sales force with commercial tools to develop the sales activity.
TBR/AG Claim Management
-
Team up with Field Engineer in Product Evaluation and claim handling
-
Reporting to BSEU product power and performance related feedback
Required Capabilities
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Professional experience: Product & Prices & Market & Channel analyst in a Large Company, preferably from Automotive Sector.

At least 3-5 years of experience.

High level of English

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business activity.

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
