POSITION DESCRIPTION

Estamos buscando a un/a becario/a para el departamento Financiero, que reportará directamente al Financial Controlling Manager FP&R, SouthWest Europe. Se trata de un puesto Local, ubicado en San Sebastián de los Reyes - Madrid.

Te encargarás de co-liderar un proyecto ambicioso para reducir drásticamente los deadlines en los diferentes procesos de Finance de la compañia, analizando la situación actual de todas las tareas de los distintos departamentos proponiendo distintas alternativas/propuestas para alcanzar los objetivos. 

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar un análisis detallado del flujo actual, trabajando con las distintas áreas que realizan tareas mensuales; control de gestión, créditos, facturación, contabilidad, KAMs,  compras y administración.

  • Evaluar el lead time de cara tarea del proceso.

  • Soporte en la búsqueda de eficiencias en todo el flujo .

  • Presentar el flujo del proceso utilizando metodología Lean, como Value Stream Mapping o similar.

  • Soporte en tareas ad hoc del departamento.

 

Requisitos:
• Titulación Universitaria, valorable:

  • Ingeniería con Master en Administración y Finanzas.

  • Administración de empresas con Master en organización de procesos.

• Indispensable poder firmar convenio con la universidad.
• Conocimientos Lingüísticos: Inglés Avanzado.
• Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Usuario Intermedio de Excel y demás herramientas del Office 365.

  • Valorable conocimiento en Power BI y Power Apps.

  • Valorable conocimiento de metodología Lean & Six Sigma
