Job Purpose
We are looking for an Business Innovation Project Manager for Bridgestone. This position is located in our Madrid office.
The main responsibilities are:
- Project Management Office, for successful project delivery and synergies optimization
- New Business model innovation, scouting opportunities for value creation
- Driving Mobility agenda, aligning BS entities common vision
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Office, ensuring timely execution in order to support growth objectives [40%]
- Strategic formulation
- Business cases development based on ROIC
- Internal buy-in process coordination
- Support functions alignment (Finance / Legal / Marketing / M&A…)
- Project Management & Product owner
- Roll out plans coordination with operations teams (BMS / Wholesale / Retail)
- Follow-up progress of milestones/goals through regular reviews & reporting
- Partnership management with third entities
Business Models innovation [25%]
- Encouraging to operational departments for business expansion
- Analyzing data and trends to improve business performance
- Evaluate and implement new concepts and technologies to accelerate business development
- Business model definition (ideation)
- Synergies identification within other BS entities
Business Moldel Incubation [25%]
- Scouting opportunities with start-ups to enrich the group value proposition
- Identify and exploit partnership and growth opportunities for businesses
- Structuring potential partnerships for growth
- Facilitate and manage communication between entrepreneurs and their business partners
- Supporting the training and education of entrepreneurs
Collaborate with other BS entities to drive Mobility agenda [10%]
- Market intelligence: Understanding of mobility market trends, technology state of the art and fleet current / future expectations
- Facilitate SW strategy deployment within the mobility ecosystem (Connected, Shared, Electric, …)
- Participating in internal workgroups within EMIA organization and establishing direct connections with key EMIA stakeholders
- Best practices sharing: internal and external
- Participating in industry forums and Mobility associations
- Identifying business opportunities with local New Mobility Players (new eOEM)
Required Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree, and specialisation in Project Management. Knowledge in mobility, innovation can be considered as a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and demonstrable participation in innovation projects. Work experience in companies related to mobility is valued
- Spanish and English fluent (Group language) and Portuguese / French can be considered as a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient Office 365 user
