Business Development Specialist

Objective of the position:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist for Bridgestone Europe NV/SA Spanish Branch – Sales Division. The location will be in our Madrid office.
The main objetive is to increase Bridgestone's revenue and profit coming from light vehicles by offering a compelling protfolio of tyres, maintenance, services and telematic solutions to fleet such as last-mile delivery, short-term rental, long-term leasing, shared mobility, company owned, etc...
Specific tasks:
- Prospecting new clients, opening new accounts, increasing penetration of services at existing accounts.
- Scouting of partnership opportunities to further develop our value proposition
- Coordination of Bridgestone South West Region (Spain and Portugal) participation to EU tenders and interface with Bridgestone and FirstStop EU KAM
- Negotiation and definition of local contracts with Leasing companies and large Private fleets: based on specific client’s needs customizing all key aspects of the offer / value proposition packages (commercial conditions – price / local rebates, fitting Network, services and solutions, SLAs)
- Management of the relationship with clients, following up on contracts’ service level agreements, such as product availability, network quality of service, IT solution and back-office SLAs
- Definition of value proposition / give & take package and related contracts of the Fleet business component within overall Retail Affiliation programs (service fees, fleet contracts activations, traffic priority, weight of fleet vs. total business, brand mix, …) in cooperation with Trade marketing and Legal departments
- Monitoring of business performance vs. plan, by client (e.g. volumes, brand mix, …) and by channel / dealer in coordination with other KAM resource more focused to Network management, identification of issues and opportunities, definition and implementation of action plans with strong coordination with different departments (sales, network and salesforce, marketing, logistics, customer service, …)
- Coordination with trade marketing and I&T team
- Elaboration of yearly Budget P&L (volumes, sales, rebates, COGS, OPEX, …) and monthly monitoring / control, in cooperation with Controlling and Accounting teams.
