We are looking for a Junior Digital Operations Analyst (Undergraduate Placement) reporting directly to Customer Success Manager. This is a regional role, based in Warwick. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to grow your business skills by working in a dynamic Sales & Operations team within a global organisation. 


Please note we can only accept applications from undergraduates who are looking for a Sandwich Year Placement. 




  • Oversee a project to Implement a paperless process for a key business segment 

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build an automated suite of reports for external use, linked to CRM development. 

  • Standardise and automate a KPI reporting process for use by the operations team to manage external service providers. 

  • Work within the back office team to support a structured approach to continuous improvement in existing systems and procedures. 

  • Complete full analysis on purchasing trends of service providers. 

  • Travel to meet with customers on multiple levels to understand requirements from Bridgestone and how we can improve our service delivery. 




  • Desired degree in Business Studies or Finance. 

  • Numerical skills with a determination for accuracy; 

  • Analytical skills to interrogate data and identify patterns and trends; 

  • Ability to present in depth data findings to various audiences drawing out key information 

  • IT skills – experience with Microsoft 365 products, primarily Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.
