Bridgestone Middle East & Africa (BSMEA) operates from locations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco and Ivory Coast. From these locations BSMEA covers 68 markets.

Job purpose & Main responsibilities:

The People Solutions Manager is responsible for driving effective and strategic people solutions that align with the organization's objectives and foster a positive employee experience. This role entails implementing and managing a wide range of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This will include processes  across all BMSEA entities from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco and Ivory Coast. As an integral member of the BSMEA HR team the People Solutions Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides expert advice, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize organizational performance and create a high-performance culture. This Includes work across multiple talent and organization performance areas including:

Qualified candidates will demonstrate an excellent understanding of Human Resources practices, preferably within the MEA region, payroll systems and process improvement methods to deliver the transformation.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience, preferably in the Middle East or N. Africa region.
  • Proactively develops and implements system improvements.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Program Management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven cross-cultural stakeholder management experience.
  • Commercially orientated with a high sense of urgency.
  • Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English, with French or Arabic advantageous.
