Role Summary
 

IT Business Partner – Middle East & Africa (MEA) will be reporting to the Head of Finance & IT BSMEA. 

As an the IT Business Partner for Middle East and Africa, you will lead IT initiative across MEA Region.
Leading a small team who provide technical and operational support to each entity’s information systems to ensure these systems operate effectively and reliably.
Defining and formulating their IT strategy within MEA through the review of business objectives and value proposition.
Advise on future business direction and aligns IT with business/corporate priorities, strategies, and operating models. Recommends long-term improvements and changes to organization’s IT systems to support future business direction and growth.
Responsible for the project management and delivery of IT business strategy consulting services.

Leveraging your expertise in building in IT infrastructure solutions you will work closely with EMIA  Information technology stakeholders to developing the requisite IT infrastructure to position MEA for growth.

This will include working collaboratively with marketing teams to develop the infrastructure for our expanding digital eco systems.
Manages relationship with external service providers and provide Project & subject matter expert support in their area of expertise.

 

Role Requirements:
 

  • Manage the IT service strategy through: service design and evolution, budgets, costs & quality; continuous service improvement & cost optimization; standardization and simplification of the services.
  • Oversee System and project implementations.
  • Operate and manage system migration
  • Maintain and mana infrastructure solutions and digital eco system
  • Manage the service: corrective & evolutive maintenance; stable service delivery in line with agreed business expectations; availability, maintenance & sharing of knowledge & processes.
  • Own Services roadmap, Support model, and Service budget.
  • Responsible for favourable User Satisfaction surveys; Service delivered within budget; Service delivered within agreed SLA’s; Business impact and ROI of service improvement projects; Timely transition of services (in, out).
  • Key shared accountabilities include the service transition and evolution, and the delivery of service availability, quality and improvement in a cost-conscious way. Influences IT Services Strategy and Support partner selection.
  • Degree qualified, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
