Role Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Field Engineering for Bridgestone Middle East & Africa (BSMEA), based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will be responsible for both Commercial and Consumer, technical activities.  Responsible for coordinating with headquarters in Dubai, UAE and local sales teams in branches, to provide technical knowledge and expertise on Bridgestone products.  Working closely with sales teams and support functions as required to improve knowledge and understanding of products. Focusing upon the development of highly commercial technical programs, you will seek to enhance the technical sales capabilities of our partners and colleagues for new and existing products, technologies and channels. This will include current and forthcoming technologies, unique selling points, market intelligence, consultative selling techniques and digital methodologies to further develop the position of Bridgestone as the premium tire organization in the MEA region.


Role Requirements:


Degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the tire industry, you will have a track record of success in the development and execution of large scale and customized programs. Highly commercial and able to foster long- term collaborative relationships with both our partners and colleagues, you will thrive within a multicultural matrix environment working across diverse markets. 

  • Provide product and claim handling  to local branch teams, distributor partners and fleet team.
  • Work closely with other functions to provide further quality in product/service.
  • Daily support to sales teams in Morocco, Maghreb and West Africa.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Working closely with distributors.
  • Communicate with customers covering their needs and requirements including claims
  • Handle local claims, in coordination with local sales team.
  • Claim data analysis and market tire inspection.
  • Quality Concern Information and PL report
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
