Field Engineer - Romania

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Field Engineer who will develop technical knowledge about Bridgestone product and spread it into the Market, Customers (internal/external) and end users.
Responsibilities:
• Provide complaint management services to clients.
• Handle inbound calls, email, online chat or similar to submit claims.
• Address customer complaints and/or requests to discontinue service(s).
• Appease customer dissatisfaction and delivers resolution.
• Ensure customer complaints/dissatisfactions are handled in an effective manner to retain customers.
• Track and maintain records/feedback of complaints/dissatisfactions and resolution information.
• Escalate issues or redirect complaints/dissatisfactions to appropriate functions or personnel.
• Provide superior customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Provide product performance monitoring reports to relevant departments.
• Manage all activities related to field test in the assigned zone.
• Deliver technical trainings to customers.
Requirements:
• Education: High School/Degree;
• Languages skills: English (fluent), Romanian; Italian is a plus;
• Experience: 1-2 years in multinational companies;
• Soft Skills: Ability to learn, adaptability, Collaboration & teamwork, Interacting effectively, Problem solving, Quality driven
