POSITION DESCRIPTION

Internship Program

If you have completed your degree studies, it is time to decide with whom you want to start your career path.

At Bridgestone, we offer you the opportunity to join a great company at our headquarters in Bilbao, where you will be able to participate directly in different projects linked to the Center of Excellence of Talent Acquisition with impact at the EMIA level and where we expect that your proposals and initiatives will contribute to the company's results.

The Internship Program will allow you to gain real experience and practical knowledge in the HR area. We will complement this experience with training related to the area that will help you develop.

Requirements

- University Degree in Psychology, Administration, Finance or related fields.

- Master's degree in Human Resources.

- It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement with the educational institution.

- Advanced English.

- Digital Marketing tools

- Advanced editing tools. (Canva or similar).

- Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. LMS Valuable.

- Creativity, communication, empathy, active listening, multitask management, innovation orientation, dynamism and adaptability.
