Testing Engineer

· Testing Engineer: Test method development and Innovation



· Develop new test methods (concept, measurements, data acquisition and analysis, deployment to organization)

· Digitalize testing process

· Support innovation testing projects

· Execute experimental session for mechanism understanding of tire performance

· Assure Data Quality through applying statistical and mathematical methods to reduce the test variability as well as to support definition of predicting models

· Handle continuous improvement process aimed to increase efficiency and test quality

· Collaborate on Testing Asset management and new Measurement System development (tech spec definition, Project management, commissioning and final acceptance)

· Collaborate with other Bridgestone Corporate technical poles;

· Work and interact with Bridgestone external partners, such as suppliers, academia and lab equipment providers;




· Degree (5 years) in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, Civil, Aeronautical)

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Project management basics

· Ability to analyse problems with an engineering approach is strongly required.

· Digital technologies capability is a plus

· Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,

· Basic knowledge of Data Post-Processing tools (e.g.: Matlab, Labview, Minitab, …)

· Languages:

o Italian

o English: proficient level
