La risorsa sarà inserita nel Dipartimento di Retail Solution & Services e affiancherà il Digital Project Manager nella definizione e sviluppo di nuove Soluzioni Digitali e nella gestione delle soluzioni esistenti. Nello specifico la risorsa avrà modo di seguire le seguenti attività:

  1. Supporto alla definizione dei requisiti di business per l’evoluzione delle funzionalità / roadmap
  2. Supporto nella definizione ed esecuzione dei test funzionali delle funzionalità sviluppate
  3. Supporto nella realizzazione di documentazione a supporto dei progetti
  4. Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e di adozione / soddisfazione dei clienti rispetto alle Soluzioni Digitali lanciate
  5. Supporto alla definizione e manutenzione dei contenuti formativi delle soluzioni digitali
  6. Scouting soluzioni innovative legate alla digitalizzazione del Punto vendita (IoT, sistemi di fatturazione / pagamenti, CRM/ Marketing automation, …)
  7. Analisi a supporto della preparazione di Piano Pluriennale / Budget inerente le soluzioni Digitali



  • Laurea in Ingegneria o Marketing / Management con focus su Innovazione e Digital
  • Lingue: inglese fluente (sia scritto che parlato)
  • IT: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint a livello avanzato
  • Caratteristiche personali: Capacità di gestire relazioni e comunicazione in modo efficace, flessibilità, pro-attività, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di organizzare il lavoro in task, gestire priorità, richiesta una spiccata dote di problem solving.

La risorsa avrà l’opportunità di far parte di un team dinamico, di risorse giovani e attive, in un processo di Trasformazione Digitale; in questo contesto la risorsa potrà approfondire l’organizzazione del lavoro e il rispetto delle scadenze; acquisire e/o approfondire tecniche e metodologie di analisi, reportistica e aggregazione di dati; apprendimento di dinamiche di business e dei principali processi operativi e strategici propri del mondo sales & marketing e del settore automotive, in particolare.
