ABOUT THE ROLE

Job purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business reporting and analytical tools that support data-driven decision-making across the Franchise Business organization. This role will focus on consolidating and automating reports for Retail EMEA Franchise Business while actively contributing to the Poland region.

The position plays a key role in transforming manual reporting processes into efficient, insightful dashboards that enhance visibility across key business functions such as Procurement, Marketing, Fleets, Network Development and others.

 

Main responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development, reporting, and analytical performance of the Retail Franchise Business. Here are some key responsibilities and insights into this role:

 

A. EMEA Franchise Business (50%) - Business 360 Project

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights across multiple business areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate them into insightful, user-friendly reports.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of data from different sources and systems.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts and increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to the broader goal of building a unified Business Intelligence ecosystem that supports strategic decision-making.

 

B. Poland Region Reporting (50%)

  • Aggregate procurement reports into Power BI dashboards (Poland & Czech Republic).
  • Prepare reports for RBCs to provide visibility on POS sales results in marketing programs (Procurement & HRD).
  • Manage the First Stop EER list for reporting (including updates for data not included in Synergy).
  • Produce monthly financial dashboards and ad-hoc reports when required.
  • Manage fleet reporting activities.
  • Calculate workshop bonus payments for marketing programs (Procurement & HRD) for Poland and Czech Republic.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with established reporting standards and deadlines.

 

Required capabilities

These responsibilities require a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Retail business. The role is dynamic and involves working closely with various stakeholders to drive business success.

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains.
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices in business intelligence.
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge or interest in UI/UX design for dashboards and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data in a simple and clear way to stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Languages: Polish native; English – high level
  • Technical tools:
    • Mandatory:
      • Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint)
      • SAP
    • Preferred:
      • SQL, R or M, DAX
      • Power Automate
      • AI, Azure, and database management
      • UI/UX design principles

Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, data visualization, and automation processes.

Other information

  • Experience working in multinational or multi-country environments is an advantage.
