ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

You will support Marketing & Procurement Team to cope with increasing operational activities, driven by:

  • Business volumes growth in both  tyre and no tyre business (new contracts, network expansion, etc)
  • Launch of new services and enhancement of the Value Proposition (digital tools, maintenance, trainings, consultancy, etc)

The resource will be part of the Retail First Stop Team which manages the affiliated point of sales at national level, with the goal of developing and implementing marketing and communication initiatives to increase First Stop brand awareness, store traffic and related turnover in the tyre and vehicle maintenance business.  

Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing training courses, managing related calendars, and coordinating with suppliers.
  2. Handling issues related to operational activities or ad hoc dealer requests.
  3. Day-to-day management of procurement supplier partnerships.
  4. Creating or updating documentation, contracts, and network master tracking files.
  5. Launching new services and providing related operational support and post-launch monitoring.
  6. Managing new store signage and internal setups.
  7. Internal communication through newsletters/DEM (Direct Email Marketing).
  8. Sharing information and feedback with various internal and external stakeholders (colleagues, partners, dealers, headquarters, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics

Experience (years):

Know-how of B2B environment and Retail industry would be a plus

Technical Skills:

IT literacy: Office package - Excel; Powerpoint; Outlook at good working  level

Languages Skills:

Italian native; English – good level (Intermediate level is a mandatory level of knowledge)
