ABOUT THE ROLE

En First Stop, empresa perteneciente al Grupo Bridgestone y especializada en soluciones de mantenimiento y neumáticos, buscamos incorporar un/a Key Account con experiencia técnica y orientación al cliente para cubrir la posición de RBC1 (Key Account), asegurando la captación, desarrollo y acompañamiento de talleres VC1, con un fuerte foco comercial, alta prospección y presencia continua en terreno. El rol es 100% comercial, con alta tolerancia a la negativa y fuerte orientación a resultados. Gran porcentaje de viajes. 75% - 80%

Responsabilidades principales

Prospección activa de talleres independientes (puerta fría).
Presentación y venta del programa “Powered by First Stop”.
Acompañamiento integral del taller durante la adhesión al programa.
Desarrollo comercial de la red VC1 y potencial evolución a VC2/VC3/VC4.
Gestión de una cartera de talleres con seguimiento continuo.
Alta disponibilidad para viajar de forma recurrente por España y Portugal.
Reporte directo al Team Leader Regional (FSSW).
Gestión de un entorno con rotación, bajas y objeciones constantes.

Requisitos

Experiencia:
○ Entre 3 y 5 años en roles comerciales B2B, preferentemente en automoción, franquicias, retail técnico o servicios.
Perfil:
○ Comercial puro, resiliente, con mentalidad hunter.
○ Alta tolerancia al rechazo y a la fluctuación de cartera.
Formación:
○ Escolaridad básica / grado medio o superior.
Otros:
○ Disponibilidad total para viajar.

Condiciones

Salario fijo
Variable: Hasta un 15% anual según objetivos
Gastos: Cubiertos según política interna (coche, ordenador, telefono, combustible, tarjeta para expensas, y otros).
