Job Purpose:
In San Lázaro, we are seeking a Workshop Manager who will perform customer service, estimate preparation, invoicing, and administrative management of the workshop. Among other duties, knowledge of tire mounting and vehicle maintenance is required.
Responsibilities:
• Reception, customer service, and advice.
• Estimating, invoicing, and administrative management of the workshop.
• Tire mounting
• Vehicle maintenance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education, Master's Degree, other qualifications:
• Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced)
Experience (years):
• At least 3 years of experience
Technical Skills:
• Administrative management of the point of sale.
• Driver's license
• Demonstrable experience in the following roles:
• Maintenance
• Tires
Soft skills:
• Quality
• Teamwork

• Experience managing work teams
Languages:
• Spanish
