The articulated products portfolio requires state of the art technology and continuous evolution for capability and efficiency expansion.

 

R&D System Engineering Curing Development mission is to deliver state-of-art technology in the curing process of our Plants, embracing enhancement of our Mold Technology, Curing Process, Bladder Technology and Indirect Materials.

When pursuing its mission, the team explores and develops, in cooperation with a supplier ecosystem, methods and digital tools to improve our procedures and the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Organization of Trials in Plant concerning the specific technology validation
  • Collection, Analysis and Synthesis of the testing results
  • Execution of Simulations to determine optimal curing cycle
  • Thermocouple test execution and analysis
  • Indirect Material Process Approval
  • Support Mold Technology in the validation process (venting type and layout, sipes, etc.)
  • Plant Support activities

 

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

 

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

 

Experience (years):

  • Working Experience in Tire Industry is a plus

 

Technical Skills:

  • Project Management & PDCA mindset
  • Solid Engineering background
  • Presentation skill
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus

 

Languages Skills:

  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

 

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Results oriented, self-motivated, creative and collaborative
  • Agility when translating strategies into actionable plans
  • Ability to work in team within multicultural environment
