ABOUT THE ROLE

Munkakör célja: Key Operátorként, Visuális operator feladatkörben te leszel, aki a legyártott gumiabroncsokat szemrevételezéssel ellenőrzi, hogy megfelelnek-e a minőségi követelményeknek. A munkakör célja, hogy csak hibátlan termék jusson tovább. A munkakör odafigyelést és precizitást igényel.

Főbb feladatok:

  • Gumiabroncsok  vizuális ellenőrzése.
  • Felületi hibák felismerése (pl. vágás, szakadás, egyenetlenség, deformáció, szennyeződés).
  • Hibák pontos jelölése és rögzítése előírt rendszerben 
  • Mintadarabok és szabványok követése az ellenőrzés során.
  • A selejt csökkentése aktív hibafelismeréssel.
  • A munkaterület és ellenőrző állomás tisztán tartása.
  • A munkavédelmi és biztonsági szabályok szigorú betartása (kiemelten fontos gumiipari környezetben).
  • Problémák jelzése a vezető felé.

Végzettség:

  • minimum 8 általános iskolai végzettség

Tapasztalat:

  • minőségellenőri és gyártásban szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent

Műszaki/ gyakorlati tudás:

  • Alap számítógépes vagy adminisztrációs készség
  • Magas monotóniatűrés

Nyelvismeret:

  • nem igényel idegen nyelvi tudást

  • szabálykövető és pontos munkavégzés
  • türelem és precíz munkavégzés
