Job Purpose
you will play a key role in the implementation of First Stop strategies to further strengthen our position as a leading pan-European premium tyre specialist.
Responsibilities:
· You develop the network by identifying and recruiting high-quality prospects who align with our vision and values, and by actively supporting the onboarding, monitoring, and development of Partners.
· Drive business development by balancing your efforts between recruiting new Partners and supporting the growth of existing ones ensuring both expansion and quality.
· You build strong relationships with Partners to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
· Grow sales and revenue by identifying trends, applying effective sales techniques, and optimizing procurement processes at the point of sale
· You promote centralized procurement services across the network to maximize negotiated supplier rebates for both the network and individual Partners.
· You act as the key link between centralized programs (Marketing, Fleets, Procurement, Digital Tools) and the Partner network, driving adoption through engagement, education, and support.
· Improving operational efficiency by consulting on inventory management, store layouts, and process optimization.
· Provide training and development opportunities to enhance Partner capabilities in sales, marketing, customer service, and product knowledge.
· Monitoring performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
· You contribute to strategic planning by collaborating with senior management to define long-term goals, and the steps needed to achieve them as well as improve our offerings to the network.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
You have a degree in economics, Marketing, Business administration or similar education or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience (years):
· Some experience in the retail, tyre or automotive industry would be a plus
· You have knowledge in a Retail Store Operation Business
Technical Skills:
· Using the MS-Office package, Social Media platforms as well as other IT Tools
· You have the ability to analyze sales data, market trends and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Languages Skills:
You have excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills in Finnish and good knowledge in English
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
- You have the necessary interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders fostering a collaborative environment
- You have a strategic mindset with a practical mentality, you are creative, able to think out-of-the-box and flexible
