Job Purpose

 

In this role, the trainee will be assigned activities in the scope of application of supply chain strategies for new product introduction and to build a robust and flexible mid-long term supply plan by identifying potential risk and ensure countermeasures.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Collecting data & issue reports to share with stakeholders
  • Supporting team in key projects (reporting transfer to PBI)
  • Document process & reporting digitalization
  • Supporting data analysis and build up presentation to top management
  • Execution of process improvement project

 

Required Capabilities

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve issues
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people with different personalities and backgrounds, Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to translate numbers into insights, and present them to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner

 

 

Candidate profile

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate from engineering or business school.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.
  • Microsoft office package and Power BI
