Senior Manager, Corporate Security - Europe & Middle East

Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Corporate Security Europe & Middle East is responsible for overseeing all corporate security operations across the Europe and Middle East regions.
This new role will help ensure the protection of employees, assets, and operations while helping enable business continuity and growth in diverse and complex risk environments.
The position requires strategic leadership, strong regional risk awareness, and close collaboration with business leaders, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, and external partners to proactively manage security risks and respond to security incidents.
In line with Corporate Security programs and governance, this position will be responsible for building the Corporate Security foundations across Europe and the Middle East regions, working closely with regional, business, and functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive regional corporate security strategy aligned with global security objectives.
- Serve as the primary security advisor for the Company in the Europe and the Middle East regions.
- Oversee implementation of executive protection, event security, threat management physical and travel security.
- Build relationships with authorities, embassies, and emergency services.
- Deliver and enforce security standards, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct and oversee security risk assessments.
- Monitor geopolitical, terrorism, crime, and emerging risks.
- Develop mitigation strategies and standards tailored to risks.
- Lead regional incident response and crisis management activities.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR on investigations and sensitive matters.
- Ensure reporting, compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations or a related field.
Experience (years):
10+ years of progressive experience in a corporate security department with
regional or international responsibility
Proven regional expertise managing security operations across Europe and/or the Middle East.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of security standards, threat assessment, incident reporting, crisis management, and workplace violence.
Knowledge of supply chain security programs such as AEO.
Languages Skills:
English fluency is required. Additional language skills aligned with the EMEA Footprint
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize information.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder collaboration.
Track record of driving security initiatives across cross-functional projects.
High integrity, ethical standards, and discretion.
