POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose 

 

As the BSEMEA Total Rewards & Analytics function team member and under the supervision of the Total Rewards Managers, the Rewards Analyst manages and supports programs and processes within the Total Rewards area, and provides input for the successful completion of those projects. This role will support and sometimes lead developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

 

Responsibilities

  

General:

 

  • Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the field.
  • Apply effective communication strategies to support various total rewards programs.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic process audits to recommend improvements.

 

Benefits:

 

  • Manage benefits review / pooling / re-tendering processes by collecting and analyzing relevant data to support decision making.
  • Support  Benefit Manager with designing & rollout of new benefits programs in line with Company’s benefits strategy.
  • Support Benefit Manager in the management of vendors through the Regional Benefits management Framework.
  • Assist Benefit Manager in special projects to address continuously evolving business needs.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners in the management of benefit programs.
  • Work with procurement to analyze suppliers and help selecting the most suitable.
  • Prepare and conduct information sessions for HR and teammates on benefits.
  • Manage the rollout of programs under the supervision of Benefits Manager.

 

Market Analysis / Total Cash Analysis:

 

  • Based on  internal compensation analysis propose compensation adjustments to support internal equity & market competitiveness.
  • Analyze the competitiveness of Company’s compensation policies vs. market and recommends changes.
  • Educate HR & Line managers on compensation topics.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally within Human Resources, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration).
  • 3+ years of experience related to Compensation and Benefits, with knowledge of compensation theories, best practices and trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Expert/advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Benefit plans design, regulatory compliance knowledge and trends.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Good cross functional working and collaboration.
  • Experience with HRIS applications is a plus.
  • Demonstrate analytical and well developed communications skills, both verbal and written, necessary to interact in a professional manner and to project a positive image.
