POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Legal Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting operational efficiency initiatives across the organization, working closely with the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Group Operations Director to streamline processes and optimize performance. This role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the CLO Group Operations Director to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Provide support for project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operational efficiency initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Support the implementation of technology solutions and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes, tools, and procedures to drive adoption and maximize effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or related role, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software is a plus.         
Proficiency in using MS Office 365 suite.
