Job purpose

Bridgestone EMIA is on an exciting organization-wide digitalization journey and we are confident that next generation HR technology capabilities will enable Bridgestone’s further growth and long-term ambition to attract, develop, and retain the best talents in the world. In order to strengthen our HRIS delivery capabilities we’re looking for an HRIS Application Manager to focus on our organization-wide SAP SuccessFactors solution.

 

You will join the Center of Excellence “HRIS & Digital Employee eXperience” as HRIS Application Manager, reporting to the CoE Leader, and leading yourself a virtual team of experienced HRIS colleagues (internal / external). The team is dedicated to creating and maintaining digital HR solutions to improve the end-to-end employee experience through Bridgestone EMIA.

 

Responsibilities

As HRIS Application Manager you will be given the responsibility of the end-to-end stability, reliability, supportability, and continuous improvement of our SAP SuccessFactors solution serving over 21.000 employees in the EMIA region.

 

As solution owner of the SAP SuccessFactors solution you will:

  • Be responsible for managing the overall SAP SuccessFactors solution and its evolution.
  • Liaise therefore with Bridgestone IT, external technology partners and internal customers (value stream leads, HR business partners,…) to manage system integrations, upgrades and continuous solution enhancement.
  • Understand the data requirements of all HR processes supported by the SuccessFactors solution allowing you to access the impact of changes.
  • Be the one to make tactical plans and prioritizations for application changes and system updates.

 

As service delivery manager of the SAP SuccessFactors solution you will:

  • Manage the daily SAP SuccessFactors operations: work with your team to provide second level support and manage escalations to external IT technology partners.
  • Collaborate with external IT technology partners and ensure adequate prioritization is given to their deliverable respecting the set SLA’s.
  • Coordinate the planning, development, testing and deployment of changes and enhancements.
  • Work with all entities to ensure changes are easily adapted by the end-users.

 

Requirements

We’re searching for a passionate professional with good hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors who is eager to make a difference in the way we deliver HRIS services across the organization.

 

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in IT, HR or business related field with strong interest in HR processes and digitalization.
  • 5 - 7 years SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience.
  • Proven experience in agile delivery methods, system support process design, test strategy and execution, cut-over planning and change management.
  • Assertive (capacity to manage multiple stakeholders from different levels)
  • Very organized / Project Management skills
  • Autonomous, creative, proactive and organized working style as well as the ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks and react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround. with a continuous improvement/ operational excellence mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, other languages very welcome (French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch…)
