Job purpose

 

You will be member of the Center of Excellence (CoE) of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and  Performance Management.  You will report directly to the CoE Leader but also to the HRBP in charge of DE&I (Diversity Equity & Inclusion)  for Bridgestone EMIA (Europe Middle East, India, Africa & CIS).

 

As HR project manager, your main missions will be to :

  • Coordinate the company DE&I strategy & manage all the EMIA’s related  initiatives (50%)
  • Boost all the Talent CoE programs & initiatives in collaboration with the rest of the team (50%)

 

Responsibilities

 

As a DE&I project manager you will coordinate/manage the company’s DE&I strategy for Bridgestone Europe, India, Middle East & Africa and CIS countries., i.e.

  • Project manage the EMIA initiatives in the areas of Communication, Recruitment, Learning, Development and Benefits
  • Work with data insights experts on latest trends within the company 3-4x / year
  • Keep a finger on the pulse on any site-based or country based (tailored) DE&I initiative applicable in the respective market
  • Steer commitment and ownership of Employee Resource Groups
  • Stay abreast of best practices and innovative ideas that support the DE&I mission and agenda
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and sponsors

 

As an HR project manager you will support the Talent CoE in all its projects i.e. (non exhaustively) :

  • Talent Management :
    • You will support the roll out of the Junior Leadership program  
    • You will support the roll out of the Mentoring Program (including its DE&I component)
  • Talent Acquisition :
    • You will be involved into a Talent Acquisition Sourcing project ( AI for sourcing & Recruitment Marketing)
    • You will support writing the BSEMIA TA Policy
  • Employee Lifecycle :
    • Top Employer Certification : You will coordinate the elaboration & follow-up of the action plan to improve the results
    • You will be assigned some actions from the CoE Talent Roadmap (mainly publishing content & building communication materials)

 

Requirements

  • HR generalist skills
  • Assertive (capacity to manage multiple stakeholders from different levels)
  • Very organized / Project Management skills
  • Autonomous, creative, proactive and organized working style as well as the ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks and react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround. with a continuous improvement/ operational excellence mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, other languages very welcome (French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch…)
  • Technical : proficiency in Office 365 & ideally SAP HR (EC / SuccessFactors)
